With more than 20 years of experience in education and consultation, Katelyn founded Sunflower Education Group to create a space where relationship-based leadership and consultation can truly thrive. Sunflower’s consultation services bring forward her passion for helping teachers, administrators, and parents build their skills, discover new strengths, and find light even in the most challenging times.

Sunflower was created to be more than a consultancy—it’s a community. Here, every adult who works with us feels supported, cared for, and seen. Which in turn helps children to feel more supported and seen, allowing them to grow in new and bright ways.
